Tips:

1. Put all the ingredients for the dough into a bowl, if you use flaked almonds, grind them first into flour in a blender.

Knead the dough and divide it into 4 smaller portions. We cool in the fridge.

2. Take the cooled cake out of the fridge, make 4 rolls of the same thickness and length, and cut them
   with a knife, each roller for 8 small portions.

Then, from each small piece we make a ball, and then a roll, thinner at the ends, like the moon. Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

3. Bake the cookies for about 13-15 minutes at 175 ° C.
