Gosia Cooks: String bean with tomatoes and feta
Are you looking for a light and healthy snack made of fresh vegetables? Try the green bean salad with tomatoes and feta.
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 g green beans
- 250 g of cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 140 g Favita cheese
- salt pepper
Tips
Wash the beans, cut off the ends and cook in a large pot of salted water. Cooking time about 8 minutes. Drain after cooking.
Pour olive oil and garlic squeezed through a press into a saucepan, add cooked beans, cherry tomatoes cut into halves and basil leaves. Fry everything briefly and season with salt and pepper.
Place on a plate and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
