Gosia Cooks: Cooked cheesecake a’la oreo
A cake you don’t need an oven for. Cook the cheese mass in a pot, add aroma and pass it with biscuits. It look and present like Oreo. Yummy!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg of cottage cheese from a bucket
- 120 g of sugar
- 60 g of potato flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of natural vanilla extract
- about 300 g of black biscuits
Tips
Put all the ingredients for the cheese mass into the pot: cheese, sugar, potato starch, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix everything and put the pot on the fire.
Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it thickens.
Put the first layer of biscuits on the bottom of the form lined with baking paper. On them we spread 1/3 of the cheese mass, then biscuits, cheese, another layer of biscuits, again the curd mass and biscuits at the very top.
Put the cheesecake in the fridge, preferably overnight. We serve with fresh seasonal fruit.
