Gosia Cooks: Chicken Tacos in Lettuce Wrap

We present a recipe for cripsy tacos that you will surely enjoy. Romaine lettuce, chicken tenderloins and vegetables – a simple and easy to prepare fit snack. Try the new version of tacos and suprise your friends with it.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 chicken tenderloins
- 1 large raspberry tomato
- 1 hass avocado
- 1 shallot onion
- 2 small romaine lettuces
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- radish sprouts
- lime juice
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- hot pepper
Tips
Season the tenderloins with olive oil, salt, pepper, hot pepper and fry on a grill pan. We leave it to test.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the soft flesh from the shell with a spoon. We cut into cubes. Dip the tomato in boiling water, remove the skin and cut into cubes. Finely chop the shallot. Place all chopped vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Then add chopped tenderloins, mayonnaise and spices. We mix everything.
Cut romaine lettuce into leaves and place on a plate. Put the stuffing in each leaf and sprinkle with sprouts.
