Gosia Cooks: Tagliatelle pasta with cheese and seasonal fruit
There is no better time to enjoy pasta with seasonal fruit than in the middle of summer, in less than 20 minutes!
INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g ribbon noodles
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 250 g of cottage cheese
- 300 g cream 12%
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of natural vanilla extract
Additionally: seasonal fruit, e.g. raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
Tips:
Cook the pasta according to the recipe on the package. Drain off and mix with butter while still hot.
Place the curd in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. We mix everything up.
Put pasta on plates, sweet cottage cheese on top and fruit on top.
Enjoy your meal!
