Gosia Cooks: Pork chops stuffed with cheese and ham
Here is our suggestion for a simple pork chop, but in a slightly different version, with ham and cheese. With new potatoes and lettuce, it is a perfect proposition for a spring dinner.
- 700 g loin in a piece
- 6 slices of ham
- 6 slices of yellow cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- salt pepper
- rapeseed oil for frying
- toothpicks
Tips:
Cut the pork into 6 thicker slices. Then cut each slice in half its thickness almost to the end.
Both slices of each slice are smashed with a meat pestle. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put a slice of cheese and ham into the cut and fasten it with a toothpick.
Coat the chops in the egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan on both sides.
