Gosia Cooks: Pepper with cottage cheese and egg
Make time for breakfast and celebrate European Breakfast Day on April 24 – and any other morning – with a delicious breakfast with us. The newest recipe is a perfect choice. Here is: Peppers stuffed with cottage cheese and egg.
Ingredients:
- 3 peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 3 eggs (hard-boiled)
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 6 tablespoons of cream 12%
- a bunch of chives
- salt pepper
Tips:
Pepper prepare the day before.
After washing, cut off the base of the tail, remove the seeds and white fibers so as not to damage the pod and to create a bowl.
Grind the curd cheese with cream, mix it with chopped chives, season to taste with salt and pepper.
Fill the pepper to 1/3 with the cheese mass. Press the cottage cheese against the sides of the paprika with a spoon. Place a hard-boiled and peeled egg inside. Fill the pod with cheese mass.
Put the peppers in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, cut the peppers into 1 cm thick slices.
We serve it with breakfast with bread. Enjoy your meal!
