Gosia Cooks: Pancakes with pudding, vanilla cheese and fruit
Incredibly tasty, vanilla-scented pancakes with pudding – perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Make sure to make them yourself.
Ingredients:
- glasses of sparkling mineral water
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 1 tablespoon sugar in real vanilla
- 60 ml rapeseed oil
- vanilla cheese
- seasonal fruit
Tips:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat them thoroughly with a mixer until the dough is smooth.
We set aside for half an hour.
Due to the fact that the oil is added to the dough, we fry the pancakes in a pan without fat. Pour a ladle of dough onto a hot pan.
Fry on both sides for about a minute.
Serve the pancakes with homogenised vanilla cheese and seasonal fruit.
