Gosia Cooks: Homemade coconut cookies
Here is another installment of our new culinary cycle: Gosia Gotuje. This is a recipe for Homemade coconut cookies.
Preparation time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of shavings
- half a cube of butter (100g)
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cream
.
How to do it:
- Chop the butter with the flour. Add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough.
- Form round cookies.
- Bake at 180C for about 15-20 minutes.
- Finally, when the cookies have cooled down a little, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Coconut cookies are sweet and crispy treats for tea, coffee or a glass of warm milk. Enjoy your meal!
