Gosia Cooks: Ham and Cheese Muffins
In the &market 03/2021 leaflet we have another recipe for you from the Gosia Gotuje series: Ham and Cheese Muffins.
Muffins are a good idea for a lunch or a snack to a party with friends.
You will cook it in an easy and fast way.
Level: Easy
Preparation time: approx. 45 minutes
Serving Size: about 12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 100g of hard cheese
- 220g chunks of ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 280g of wheat flour
- 2 spoons of baking powder
- 100g of dried tomatoes
- 50ml of dried tomato oil
- 250 – 300 ml of milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Wykonanie:
- Pour into a bowl: sun-dried tomato oil, milk and eggs. For this, sift all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix everything up.
- Dice the ham and sun-dried tomatoes. Grate the cheese.
- Mix everything and put into muffin molds. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the muffins.
- Put them in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 25 minutes. Take the baked muffins out and cool them down.
