Gosia Cooks: Cupcakes for Halloween
Extremely tasty and simple cupcakes, which you only need a few ingredients to make, is a recipe for a successful celebration. Invite everyone in your home to play and decorate.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 spoons of baking powder
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese
- 500 ml cream 36%
- 3 teaspoons of powdered sugar
- jelly beans in the shape of pumpkins, sprites, spiders, earthworms or eyeballs
Tips
- Put eggs and sugar in the bowl and start mixing. We add milk and oil. Then add the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and cocoa. Place the dough in muffins, fill it up to 3/4 of its height. Bake the muffins at 175 ° C for about 15-20 minutes. We take it out and leave it to cool.
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar and mascarpone cheese until stiff (cheese and cream should be very chilled, taken straight from the refrigerator). Put the cream into a confectionery sleeve and decorate the completely cooled down muffins. At the end, decorate with jelly beans.
