Gosia Cooks: Chocolate Mousse

Introducing the Chocolate Mousse.

Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
So what? Check the list of ingredients and the realization:
Ingredients :
- 250 ml cream 30%
- 250 ml of mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 tablets of dark chocolate (1/2 for decoration)
- 1 grenade
Realization:
- We start by dissolving the chocolate in a water bath. We break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a bowl over the boiling water and wait for the warm water vapor to melt it, stir it from time to time.
- Combine the melted chocolate (it may be slightly warm) with the mascarpone cheese using a mixer on the lowest speed. A thick chocolate mass will form.
- Beat the cooled cream with powdered sugar with a mixer at high speed. Cream should be stiff and fluffy. Put aside 4 tablespoons of cream for decoration, add the previously prepared chocolate mass to the rest and mix the whole thing. Put the chocolate cream into cups. Garnish with pomegranate, whipped cream and grated chocolate. Cool the dessert in the fridge. Enjoy your meal!
Notes
If you don’t like dark chocolate, you can prepare a dessert with milk chocolate;)
