Gosia Cooks: A strawberry dessert with granola and whipped cream
On the occasion of the upcoming Children’s Day, a moment of forgetfulness for our sweet kids. Here’s a recipe for a strawberry dessert with granola and whipped cream. Fast, easy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups of granola
- 600 g Monte White
- 1 strawberry jelly
- 300 g of strawberries
- whipped cream
Additionally to the decoration: strawberries, Zozole Rainbow jellies with sour sprinkles, mini marshmallows, WW chocolate, sticks
Tips
At the bottom of the glasses / cups in which we will serve dessert, we pour portions of granola.
Slice a few strawberries and stick them to glasses.
We teach Monte White on granola.
Dissolve the jelly in 100 ml of hot water and leave it to cool. Blend the strawberries and combine with the jelly. Place the setting strawberry mousse on Monte White and leave it in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
Before serving, decorate the dessert with whipped cream, strawberries and jelly beans stuffed on skewers, mini marshmallows, KitKat wafers, chocolate sticks or other favorite sweets of your kids.
